How to Use Your Subconscious Mind

If you are aware of the power of your subconscious mind then you are probably wondering how to communicate with your subconscious mind.

 

Now if only there were easy was we can communicate with our subconscious directly to shift belief patterns, habits, and healing?

 

Well... there are!

Ways to Communicate with Your Subconscious Mind

 

There are a variety of techniques you can use at home in order to communicate with your subconscious mind.

 

Remember all change happens at the Subconscious level.

 

It is crucial to your physical, emotional, and mental well being to be able to speak directly with the subconscious.

 

**It's also very important to be able to listen to your subconscious!

 

This can be done through mindfulness and meditation.

Repetition of Desired Thoughts & Goals

 

Repeating affirmations by writing them down each day or reciting verbally can be effective when communicating with your subconscious mind.

 

This can take time and you are working your way through a conscious and deliberate activity over and over again.

This will eventually imprint an idea into your subconscious. 

 

Example of an affirmation: "Money comes to me quickly and easily". 

 

Keep at it, if you find that you still are having trouble accepting a new belief as truth.

 

There may be a conflict with your values and how you identify yourself and the new belief.

 

This is why crushing limiting beliefs is crucial and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) work comes in handy. 

Hypnotherapy

 

MY FAVORITE AND EASIEST METHOD

 

This can be done by going through an active session with a hypnotherapist, putting yourself in trance (more below), or listening to a recorded hypnosis session.  

 

With hypnotherapy, you can communicate with your subconscious mind which is the direct source of your beliefs, habits, and healing.

 

Being in hypnosis is the exact same state as meditation, daydreaming, and visualizing, just with an intention.

 

Hypnotherapy is extremely effective and beneficial and can be used for a variety of issues such as:

And just about anything else!

I poured over many of these and it appears they are recorded by people who don't fully understand how to do hypnosis or create proper hypnotic suggestions.

 

Many of them were created with language that will actually have you doing the exact thing you want to stop.

Hypnosis allows us to bypass the critical factor of the conscious mind.

 

This is what rejects thoughts and ideas if they are not considered feasible and also allows suggestions to reach our subconscious.

 

Don't worry your subconscious is highly moral and also serves to protect you from harm.

 

You will not be able to receive a harmful suggestion without it being rejected by your subconscious mind and bringing you back to conscious awareness.

Entering a Trance State

 

There is immense power in getting into an Alpha Brainwave state which is the same when we meditate and visualize.

 

This is considered a state of trance.

 

Your aware and have full control and will most likely hear and even have a conscious awareness of what is going on around you. 

 

You will just feel very very relaxed. 

 

Hypnosis puts you in a trance state.

 

Other ways to reach this brainwave state can be done through:

 

Guided Visualizations or Visualizing in general - operates the same as hypnosis.

 

You mind subconscious mind operates in pictures and movies.

 

By providing vivid imagery including sounds, pictures, and invoking feelings; you will allow your subconscious mind take in the ideas, manifestations, and experiences that you are providing to it.

 

Looking Up - by shifting your focus upwards and allow your peripheral vision to expand; you enter an alpha brainwave state. This is a great learning state and you can also daydream-visualize from here.

How to Manifest Love Using Law of Attraction

By age thirty, I thought I would have found my soulmate.

 

How about you? Have you been trying to manifest your soulmate on a conscious level?

 

Life has been somewhat different.

 

My name is Jasmine Rose and I am a single mother to two children- Luna, aged three years and River who is four months.

 

I had been searching for my soulmate for what felt like my entire life. I have always been a romantic.

 

My childhood was initially happy until my parents divorced when I was eight.

 

This caused a deep wound in my heart; my dad eventually moved on to another family where I was no longer welcome.

 

My mum found another husband and had a new baby on the way.

 

I didn’t fit in there either. My gran offered to raise me until times changed.

 

I left there on my eighteenth birthday.

 

My family rarely told each other they loved one another. 

 

My Gran took care of me and gave me everything I needed on a material aspect, she reminded me daily I wasn’t good enough to win the love of my parents.

 

I spent much of my youth seeking love, attention and validation from my peers to no avail.

 

As soon as I was capable of living independently, I was out the door and seeking that love, jumping from one toxic relationship to another.  

Manifest Your Soulmate

One day I thought I had finally made it.

 

I met someone that loved and understood me.

 

We had a baby and was engaged to be married.

 

After the birth of my daughter, things began to crumble.

 

He stayed out after work drinking, coming home late.

 

I later discovered he was interested and trying to become involved someone else.

 

I was heartbroken but I gathered up my strength and I said “enough”.

 

I was done with these relationships where I felt unworthy and used.

 

I wanted to know why every relationship I walked into ended in disaster.

 

Normally I would have turned a blind eye and swept it under the carpet but I had a little girl who was watching and looking up to me.

 

I had to be a role model for her and show her what real love is.

 

I had to be strong and show her that if someone doesn’t treat you with respect you do not put up with it.

The recurring factor in all my relationships was my inability to truly love and appreciate myself.

 

It was at this time I reached out to a transformational love coach who helped women like me learn to love themselves.

 

I dived right in and allowed myself to be coached.

 

Within a few months, my life and my perception of myself had dramatically changed.

 

I started believing in myself. I started my spiritual based business- Moonchild Mother.

 

However, I still wasn’t entirely satisfied or happy on my own.

 

Part of me was still seeking love and I decided to go ahead and start manifesting another relationship.

 

I started looking at online dating even though my gut instinct told me not to.

 

Pretty soon I was dating again. I met a man who seemed perfect but I kept him at arm’s length for a while.

 

Clearly, I should have listened to my intuition.

 

When we met we hit it off pretty quickly and I chastised myself for holding myself back.

 

I had every intention to move slowly but things moved quickly.

 

I was due to start college after the summer but a month into the relationship I discovered I was pregnant.

 

Pretty soon the man who I thought was perfect was very different to what he had seemed.

 

He hated all my friends and gave me the silent treatment whenever I saw them.

 

He made them feel so uncomfortable when they came around that they stopped visiting.

 

Soon he was criticizing my weight, my appearance and told me our child would be born deformed, malnourished, obese or dead.

 

I began to worry that I would not carry full term as the stress and the daily fighting began to take its toll.

 

My healthcare providers started expressing concerns that I was in a dangerous relationship.

 

If I did not leave now the abuse would likely get worse.

 

I went to my local women’s shelter and made plans for my escape.

 

I relocated and focused on continuing the rest of my pregnancy alone with my daughter.

 

Finally, I understood that I hadn’t been ready for a relationship to begin with. I started to make peace with myself and my current situation.

 

This baby had been gifted to me for a special reason- one which would facilitate me in enormous emotional growth and healing.

 

For the first time in my life, I wasn’t looking for someone to come into my life,

 

I was solely focused on being the strong, independent woman I had always wanted to be.

 

I began to study self-development, relationships, the roles we play in them.

 

I became a student of Bob Proctor and the Law of Attraction.

 

I devoted my time to transforming and reshaping my mind.

 

What I share with you now, is an effective way not just to manifest a soulmate but to walk your own path as your own soulmate and feel love and happiness from within.

Be Your Own Soulmate

 

Becoming your own soulmate is the key to manifesting the love into your life.

 

It means more than practicing a few self-love techniques and throwing in a bit of self-care at the end of a busy schedule.

 

Yes, you need to do that kind of work, but essentially this runs deeper.

 

You have to start putting yourself and your life under the microscope.

 

Are the relationships in your life fulfilling?

 

Is the relationship with your parents a struggle?

 

Do you feel stressed out or worn out after seeing a particular friend?

 

How’s your job looking?

 

Do you like your boss?

 

How do you feel when you spend time alone with yourself?

 

Anything that is not making your heart sing with joy needs to be looked at closer.

 

You see everything in our life right now is a state of where our thoughts are.

 

If your familiar with law of attraction you’ll understand that our thoughts create our feelings which in turn inspire our actions which give us our current results.

 

The job you are unhappy in, the money in the bank, the relationships you have are all governed by your internal environment.

 

Once we start to look inwards in a loving yet assertive manner, take responsibility for our current situation we can begin to step up to walk beside ourselves as our own best friend and soulmate.

 

Never again will we blame anyone for our situation or the environment outside of ourselves.

 

Once we take a role of our part, our circumstances, our thoughts and our feelings we truly liberate ourselves.

 

Make a promise to yourself now that from here on in, it’s all about you.

Attract Your Soulmate

You Attract What You Are

 

Just as our thoughts create our own reality; when it comes to relationships we don't always attract what we want but we attract what we are.

 

This is where our current paradigms or belief systems around ourselves come to play.

 

The best way to examine this is again looking at your current relationships and your past relationships.

 

Is there a recurring pattern or theme?

 

Are you always being cheated on?

 

Are you faced with a lack of commitment?

 

Are you often treated poorly?

 

Are you a magnet for narcissists, physical, emotional and sexual abuse?

 

Has this been a theme also in your childhood?

 

If you can resonate with this know that it is not your fault.

 

You can't control the pain and trauma that was inflicted on you.

 

However, when this happens to us and if we do not do the healing around us we accept the reality we are experiencing to be our truth.

 

We carry that pain, sadness and trauma in our hearts and we begin to vibrate on a level of pain.

 

One of the biggest paradigms I have seen in others and in myself is the ongoing theme “I'm not enough" and low and behold we attract relationships based on that story we unconsciously tell ourselves.

 

We need to break these paradigms and replacing them with new ones.

 

There are only two ways to change the beliefs in the subconscious mind- intense pain/ trauma or repetition.

 

You need to flood your unconscious mind with love and positivity.

 

One of the ways I recommend that you do this is to write a list of what you would want to give love to?

 

What bits of your body don't you like?

 

What behaviors don't you like?

 

Make a list and rephrase them with “I love and appreciate my belly, I am so grateful that my belly held my two beautiful children” “I am enough”.

 

Write them out and record them. Listen to them daily and over-night while you sleep.

 

The sound of your own voice saying these are so powerful.

 

You may not believe it right now but give it a few weeks to allow it to sink in and you will feel yourself changing and you will start to grow to truly love yourself.

Self Love

 

Now it is time to start loving yourself completely.

 

Treat yourself the way you would a precious child.

 

One of the biggest things I struggled with over the years was that I didn't really know what that looked like other than the occasional bubble bath with a bath bomb.

 

A lot of the time I thought it was buying myself stuff to feel better.

 

I now know it’s not the way although do reward yourself from time to time if you enjoy something that makes you feel good like a special dress, a haircut, a manicure, an activity you enjoy like a gym pass.

 

Self-love is something we need to incorporate into our daily routines.

 

Think back to when you were a child.

 

Did you have a family member that truly nurtured you, made you feel safe and loved?

 

In essence, we need to adapt to a motherly role towards ourselves.

 

What’s your morning routine like?

 

Are you priming yourself for love and success?

 

First thing in the morning I get up and I start to play my affirmations and my goals.

 

I pop on an audiobook- usually The Power by Rhonda Byrne 

or something by Abraham Hicks.


Maybe you have some music that just makes you come alive when you listen to or makes you feel good.

 

Get it on and get ready for an amazing day.

 

Start to imagine how good your day is going to be.

 

Imagine unexpected surprises that lift you up.

 

Be grateful for all you have by saying thank-you for everything you see around you.

 

Take a little bit extra time over your appearance, have a healthy, energizing breakfast and head out the door with joy in your heart even if you have to fake it till you make it.

 

You will begin to see the difference echoed back to you in your reality.

 

People will start to notice a change in you that they haven’t seen before and they will want to know what you are doing.

 

Make sure you have time in your schedule to have fun with friends and do the things that you really love.

 

In the evening- just like you have a morning routine, set up an evening routine to aid you in winding down for the evening.

 

Have a delicious meal.

 

Run yourself a bath with Epson salts and essential oils.

 

Wind down with your favorite book or movie and get to bed at a decent time so that you are rested for the day ahead.

 

Even if you find at the beginning of these exercises that you don’t feel great, as you play along with this you’ll gradually catch yourself being happy in the moment.

 

Rocketing into the high vibration of love.

 

I tell you it is a wonderful thing when this happens.

 

You feel the genuine excitement as you ease into the flow.

 

More and more wonderful things begin to you.

 

Your new vibe will begin to attract new people around you.

 

The old relationships that haven’t been working for you recently will either begin to heal or fall away from your life.

 

You see now how easy for your soulmate to find you now?

 

Set the vibe and attract your tribe.

It’s All About Those Boundaries Baby

 

Before we get clear about what you really want we need to clean up the energy in your life.

 

This ensures that you are not attracting the residue or unhealed aspects of your past life or relationships you must look at ensuring that you have had closure.

 

Unfinished business will attract more unfinished business.

 

Do you have an ex that still hangs on?

 

Do you have an ex you’re still sleeping with or a no strings attached situation?

 

Are there elements of a relationship that still has baggage?

 

Do you have children with your ex and are you on good terms?

 

Some of my exes I am still good friends with.

 

The relationship between my daughter’s dad and I has seen some of the biggest improvements.

 

We used to hold a lot of anger towards one another.

 

When I started to cut energetic cords with him and release my anger, it started to dissipate between us and our friendship grew over time.

Work on your energetic boundaries every single day.

 

Where could you say No instead of saying yes?

 

Where do you need to take risks and say Yes instead of No?

 

Do you leave yourself with no time because you are always helping or giving to others?

 

Make rest and filling your own cup your top priority.

 

It’s fine to help others but tune in to see where your energy is best spent.

 

Helping others shouldn’t have you feeling like your exhausted and dragged down.

 

It should help you feel replenished.

 

What do you really want?

 

It’s time to get specific about how you want your relationship to look like and what kind of partner you want to attract.

 

You may not know what you want.

 

When you have had a lifetime of pain and disappointment, the idea of what you want may seem impossible.

 

You may not dare to dream.

 

If this is how you feel I would suggest following what I have said up until now until you feel ready and you have a clear idea.

 

Once you get into that high vibe, happy state, make your list of all the qualities you want your partner to have.

 

How do they make you feel?

 

What interests do they have?

 

Will they support you in your goals?

 

What does that support look like?

 

In what ways do they value you?

 

What kind of “memories” will you make?

 

Get daydreaming, get carried away.

 

What happens the first day you move in together?

 

What kind of dates do you have? When you have it clear in your mind, write it down.

 

Like you did with your affirmations, record it and listen to it every single day while seeing it in your mind’s eye.

 

Then I want you to forget about it almost.

 

Don’t get caught up in the how it will happen.

 

Just listen, visualize and know it is coming.

 

Be open to the hundreds of possibilities out there.

 

Do not go actively seeking and causing resistance- the universe generally takes the path of least resistance.

 

Go out and have some fun with your friends- who knows who you will be introduced to, take risks outside your comfort zone which encourage your own emotional growth.

Make the Space for Love to Come In

You are actively working on you. You are being your own soulmate.

 

You're changing the way you feel about yourself, reprogramming your mind for love.

 

You are incorporating love and care into your daily routine.

 

You are cleaning up the energy around you and healing from your past.

 

You have asked the universe to send your soulmate.

 

Now we need to create the space for them to come into your life. and we achieve this by creating the “vacuum” effect.

 

This is where you create space for the new to come in.

 

Have a clear out of your home and declutter from everything that you no longer need or that which no longer serves you and give thanks for it being in your life.

 

You can also do this with the relationships and friendships that are no longer serving you.

 

Go through every room in your house.

 

Donate items from previous relationships that hurt you to look at.

 

Clear out your wardrobe and keep only the clothes you have worn in the past six months and make you feel completely amazing when you wear them.

 

Ask yourself is there space for a new partner to enter your life?

 

Clear out or down-scale your closet, making space for your partner’s half.

 

Set the place at the table for an extra person at meal times.

 

Sleep on one side of the bed. Show the universe that there is space to be filled and he or she will come.

 

Start to spend the time visiting the places you would reserve only for a date.

 

Take yourself on a dinner date, a sight-seeing tour.

 

Pretend to be a tourist for the day and visit museums and see the wonders of your city and beyond.

 

Go for a picnic and pack some champagne and strawberries.

 

For now, you could be going alone but who knows who you may meet along the way.

 

I have given you the steps to manifest your soulmate.

 

I have seen this bring phenomenal results in the form of soulmates, love, inner peace, love of self and happiness.

 

You may manifest your soulmate or maybe you’ll be like me and choose to walk in harmony with yourself, being completely happy within yourself just a little while longer.

What Are The Meaning of Your Dreams?

 

Dreams are a weird and wonderful concept, aren't they!! Do you ever wonder if there is a meaning of your dreams?

 

Some people swear blind that they never dream....whereas some of us seem to take a trip to the movies every night in our dreams!!!

 

I love dreams and always have!

 

For as long as I can remember I've always had super vivid dreams.

 

The kind where it's like I'm watching a gripping boxset back to back all night.

 

I always look forward to waking up and remembering my dreams so that I can interpret their meaning.

Why Do We Dream?

 

There are many concepts around dreaming and I'm not going to get too much into the nitty gritty of it all!  

 

I'm not a scientist LOL!

 

Dreams occur as a way for our brains to make sense of things that have happened in our life or are happening.  

 

Things going on for us that we are mulling over and which we want to figure out.

 

Someone we've met who has had an impact on us.  

 

A situation that is bothering us.

 

They are a way for the subconscious mind to problem solve and work things out.

 

The problem with our conscious mind is that it's too bloody loud!!

 

Always thinking. Always processing!

 

Sometimes, we really just need some downtime to give our conscious mind a break and let our subconscious mind take over a for a while.  

 

That's what dreaming helps us with.

 

As we sleep our conscious mind switches off and takes a break so that our subconscious mind can step in for a while and work things out.

 

Dreams are also a way for Spirit to communicate with us.  

 

To share guidance with us or visit us or help us through a problem.

 

For me, as someone who is highly intuitive, dreams are how I receive messages from Spirit as vivid dreaming is connected to clairvoyance.

 

As I said, I'm not a scientist but I know my own mind when it comes to dreams.

 

I've had years of interpreting them for myself and others; plus many a visitation in my dreams!

Why Does Spirit Communicate with Us in Our Dreams?

 

As I've already mentioned, our subconscious mind can't get a word in edgeways when our conscious mind is firing on all cylinders whilst we are awake!

 

This is the same for Spirit too and by Spirit, I refer to our Spirit Guides, Angels, Loved Ones, Ascended Masters, Archangels and our Higher Self.

 

Sometimes our conscious minds really stand in the way of us receiving guidance from Spirit during the day.

 

They make the most of our sleep time and use dreams to communicate with us!

 

Spirit communicate with us for all different reasons in our dreams.  

 

Mainly it's to help give us guidance and answers to the problems we are focussing on.

 

Sometimes they like to visit too.

 

I love visitations and always wake up with a warm fuzzy feeling of unconditional love!

 

Remember when you wake up from a dream and think "WTF was that all about?!?!

 

What a WEIRD dream!!"....yep, I say this all the time too even though I'm used to interpreting them!!  

 

They are so weird because dreams are full of metaphors and symbolism...it's how Spirit communicate with us via this language.

 

It's our conscious mind that overcomplicates everything.

 

It tries to look at the logical reasoning for that dream or that imagery which is why in order to interpret dreams you have to look at them without the logical reasoning of your conscious mind.

How to Interpret your Dreams - The Basics

 

As I've mentioned, I've been interpreting dreams for myself and others for as long as I can remember!!!

 

So I've learned A LOT about what they mean!! But that doesn't mean that it's hard for others to interpret their dreams.

 

The biggest piece of advice from me is to not overcomplicate the dream.

 

Take the logic out of it!

 

I'll break this up into sections so that the advice is easy to follow and you can use this to start taking more of an interest in your own dreams!

 

First and foremost though, if you really do want to learn more about your dreams, start keeping a dream journal!!

 

It doesn't have to be anything fancy....just an ordinary journal that you keep by the side of your bed and use it to write your dreams in when you wake up.  

 

I've been keeping a journal for about 6 months now and have really started to notice patterns in my dreams and reoccurring messages which I find pretty cool!

IMAGERY

 

For me, imagery is THE biggest part of our dreams.

 

By imagery, I refer to all the visuals you see, the symbolism, the metaphorical imagery.  

 

We don't need to overcomplicate this though and the way I like to use the imagery I receive is to think about the very basic meaning of that image.

 

Sounds simple, yes, but remember that we can overcomplicate things with our conscious mind!

 

What does that image mean to you?  

How does it make you feel?

What do you think is the message?

 

Let's take a bike for example.  Bikes are a mode of transport. They are how you get from A to B.  

 

Bikes are also about balance, if you want to ride a bike then you have to keep it balanced unless you have stabilizers on it!  See how easy that is to interpret?

 

So if you have a dream about being on a bike, make note of where you are going, if you stayed on the bike, if the journey was easy or hard.

 

Another example and one that comes up a lot for people are trains.  

 

Trains are also about journeys. You take a train to go somewhere. They are very fast too and get you from A to B in a fast time!  

 

So in relation to trains, what are your dreams telling you?

 

Are you always stood on the platform and missing the train?

 

This will mean that you aren't taking the opportunities in life that you are being given.  

 

You are missing the boat so to speak. Or are you on the train and facing forwards and seeing where you are going?

 

This is a very clear message that you are on the right tracks so to speak and are going in the right direction!

 

Imagery also covers so much more too such as the weather.  Raining is about the emotions as are all water dreams and the cleansing of emotions.  

 

Sunny weather represents happy times and when it's windy be prepared for a rough time.  

 

The time of day is also an important factor to notice.

 

Daytime is about seeing a situation clearly and new beginnings whereas nighttime is symbolic of the subconscious and of things coming to an end.

SITUATIONS

What were you doing in your dream?  Were you swimming? Going for a walk? Eating ice cream? Reading a book?

 

Every situation has a meaningful representation and you have to look at what that dream situation is trying to tell you.  

 

For example, swimming in a dream is about being immersed in your emotions and cleansing yourself whereas eating ice cream can represent needing to have more fun in your life.

NUMBERS

 

We've all heard of Angel numbers. Ways that Angels use to communicate with us due to the vibrational meaning attached to each number.  

 

I see numbers often in my dreams and make sure to pay attention to them when I do see them so that I can look up their meaning.

 

Numbers are a very clear message from your Angels and can appear in all forms.....on a train or bus ticket, on a door or in a book in your dreams.

 

Make sure to write the number down and in what context you saw it and how that number's meaning relates to the overall meaning of your dream.

 

A great website that I like to use to learn more about the Angel numbers I see daily is Sacred Scribes by Joanne Walmsley and you can learn more about the vibrational meaning of the numbers here.  

 

You can also look up every individual Angel number via this link too to learn more about what your Angels are trying to tell you!

WORDS

 

Spirit like to show us words in our dreams too.  

 

These can be a little bit more self-explanatory than numbers - what is the word you are given?  

 

Is it someone's name? A place? A word in a menu or a book or on a sign?

 

Think about what this word means to you and how it makes you feel.  

 

Even if it doesn't make sense to you, still make a note of it as you'll find that it'll become more significant in the coming days, weeks or months.

PEOPLE

 

Other people tend to show up in dreams quite a lot.  

 

They can be those you know in real life, those you know who are now in Spirit, complete strangers or even celebrities!

 

Even though you may dream of someone you know, for example, your mother or your daughter, dreams with people don't always relate directly to that person.

 

It can actually be a symbolism for what the essence of that person represents such as the mother figure being nurturing and able to bring life into this world.

 

Strangers can be popular characters in dreams too and these can represent the unknowns around us or perhaps its more about noticing what they are wearing in the dream, what they are saying or what they are doing.

 

Celebrities can appear in our dreams too and the best way to interpret celebrity dreams is to see them as a mirror of yourself.  

 

You are idolizing this person (or not in some cases!) and so what you see in this celebrity is what you want more of in your life or who you want to become.  

 

See celebrity dreams as mirror reflections of yourself!

 

My favorite people dreams though are when I have visitations from loved ones!!

 

Spirit like to come through in our dreams every now and then because it's easier to meet us on the astral plane (Dream Land!) than in the present time.

 

Sometimes they like to just come through and say hi.

 

Other times they have a message for us or need to give us a gentle push for something!

 

You'll know when you've had a visitation though because you'll FEEL it!  

 

It's like you wake up with this warm fuzzy glow like the sort you have when you first fall in love. It's a wonderful feeling!

 

That's because Spirit represents unconditional love.

 

No matter what went on for you and them in this life they will ALWAYS love you in Spirit and that is no more so apparent than when you have a dream visitation from them!

JOURNALING

 

As I've already mentioned, if you really want to start getting to know the meaning of our dreams then keeping a dream journal will help!  

 

I keep mine at the side of my bed and write down my dreams when I first wake up (not always...depends on my toddler!) but the best time to write them down is definitely the first thing when they are still fresh in your mind.  

 

By writing your dreams down you'll start to notice a pattern over time of a recurring message or see transformations going on.

 

For example, in one dream you could be stood at the bottom of a hill looking up but over time you may find yourself at the top of the hill looking down which shows that you have taken the necessary steps in your life to move forwards and upwards.

Have you ever wondered what your body would say if it could speak to you? Did you know by listening to your body you can promote healing?

 

Your body already speaks to you through your nervous system’s response to the aches and pains in your body.

 

The human body is magical. It feels fully and collectively and when we listen deeper we can change centuries of trauma built into our DNA.

 

When you dedicate time and attention to healing and honoring your physical body, soul, emotions, magic happens.

Heal Your Body and Mind From Past Programming

 

You heal your body and mind from past programming and trauma by stepping into a new light that is more aligned with who you are meant to be.

 

And when your body, mind, and spirit are in alignment, you can then go and serve your own clients and watch your business prosper as you promote healing. 

 

Through my process of Emotional Body Mapping, I help my clients connect to their bodies.

 

We connect internally through memories, nervous system, the system of the chakras, cranial sacral movement, myofascial breath, grief, inspiration & expiration, forgiveness, love, compassion, and their connection to faith.

 

Emotional Body Mapping allows you to heal your own body, expand and go further than perhaps anything you’ve ever seen in your body.

CONNECT TO YOUR BODY

 

When you connect to your body to promote healing and understand the language your entire life will shift before your eyes.

 

So, how do you start listening?

 

There are three things I would do to start the conversation of listening to the body and learning how to respond.

3 WAYS TO START LISTENING TO YOUR BODY

 

1. Do a one-minute body-scan at the beginning and end of every day.

 

Just by doing a simple daily*(morning and evening) body-scan and localizing the awareness of aches and pains at helps us realize how and where we take on feelings.

 

For example, if you haven’t had any physical activity that created an injury and you felt pain at the end of the day that was not there originally, perhaps it is someone else’s tensions you are holding.  

 

Taking on the pain of others is normal and part of having empathy.

 

Also, if you feel pain at the end of the day that was not there at the beginning of the day it could signify a tension of stress you are holding, like anger or sadness depending on the location of the pain in your body.  

 

For example, pain in the shoulders is where we carry others burdens and pain in the stomach is where we hold anxieties and fears.

2.  Start letting your choices be guided.

 

Use your intuition rather than decisions through your logic/mind.

 

Understand where in your body you feel your yes and no.

 

Saying no allows you to hold space for you 100 percent without doubt. So, how do we know when we have a hundred percent?

 

Here is an exercise I do with my clients that helps them understand their intuition and where they feel it in their body.

 

To start, I want you to think of three things you would definitely say yes to if you were offered anything right now.

 

So let's say you got offered a trip around the world with a full year off of work, full pay to go around the world to go anywhere that you wanted.

 

You got to take whomever you wanted with you and you always could go back home to say hello.

 

So you don't even have to worry about being gone for too long.

 

Imagine the perfect man/woman in your life appears and they are ready to give you all the kisses and all the love that you have ever wanted and deserved.

 

Visualize having this amazing, abundant love happening in your life.

 

Where do you feel in your body?

 

You can change up the examples above as they are just examples that work for many people, but maybe your yes is something different.

 

The most important part is to be asking yourself, “Where do I feel that yes in my body?”

 

Does it move around?  Does it go upward? Does it go out or does it go down? Does it have a color? Does it have a weight? Does it have a temperature?

 

Try to gather as many details as possible to honor the feeling in your body.

 

If you're having difficulty, just reconnect to that original thing you would say yes to, that hell yes moment.

 

What is it made out of?

 

Does it move somewhere?

 

Does it have a lasting effect?

 

And so just listening to all those things, that's your emphatic yes. That's in your body.

 

Now, I want you to do the same thing, but I want you to do this with a no.

 

This exercise will let you make choices in the future by listening inward instead of outward.

 

Do not let your brain make all your choices.  

 

Know that your gut has a plan for you and is here to serve you.  

 

Next time you don’t want to go out just say, “ I don’t feel like it.”

3. Slow down and connect to breath more.

 

Most of us are living the rat race thinking we need to do more to deserve more.

 

We forget that love and compassion is not a reward it is deserved by and for everyone.

 

Sometimes a simple walking meditation, breathing meditation, or simply taking three deep breaths every hour to reconnect can really help us listen to our body’s needs more often.

 

How can we know what we want if we don’t even know when we are hungry or tired? How can we make the same successful results if we are not sure how we created them the first time?

 

Part of learning success is slowing down and taking note of what is happening along the way. If we rush too much in life we are forgetting that it is both our successes and failures that we create in our lives.

 

While I am totally a person who loves magic, I know that the success in my life is not magic from somewhere random. Success is me doing my magic!

 

I hope this has been a great introduction to some ways you can start listening to your body and start making new shifts in your life.

 

I have seen people take these steps and meet the love of their life, build the revolutionary business of their dreams, and heal their chronic physical pains within months when they were barely in the belief of the possibility beforehand.

 

While all of these tips are relatively simple to start doing, the practice is about consistency and can get quite complex.

Become More Wealthy with these Mindset Shifts

When working with clients to become wealthy; I’ve seen a lot of interesting patterns and limiting beliefs.

 

The people that I've worked with share many of the same common limiting beliefs.

 

Shifting these belief systems will go a long way to receiving the abundance of time, success, and money we all desire.

 

It’s amazing how quickly life changes once we are no longer limiting ourselves with these beliefs and we can become wealthy.

3 Limiting Beliefs that Block Becoming Wealthy

1. I am not worthy/ not deserving

 

This one, or some form of it, is the most common I’ve seen. I’ve even had to shift them in me.

It seems most of us pick up this limiting belief as we’re growing up.

 

We don’t do stuff right and get reprimanded, we don’t listen to adults around us, we continually ask for things that we don’t get, etc…

 

When we have a belief like “I’m not worthy”, this really limits us to what things we want, and we don’t let them into our lives.

 

We have trouble dreaming big, and also believing we can ever achieve that dream.

 

We will start sabotaging things, unconsciously, when they start to get beyond our limit of what we think we can have.

 

Especially with the deserving variant. When we believe we don’t deserve things, we don’t let ourselves shift into the receiving mode, and we are uncomfortable receiving.

 

An easy indicator of this is how people take compliments.

 

When someone tells you something great, or thanks you for something you did, can you receive it?

 

Or do you shrug it off with an “it’s nothing” etc.

 

Watch for this, and just start saying “thank you” and see how that feels to receive the nice words people are giving you.

 

Another good way to tell if you’ve got these limiting beliefs is to say the opposite out loud while looking into your own eyes in a mirror.

 

If it’s really hard to say, and you really don’t want to, chances are you have these limiting beliefs.

 

Good news, a belief is just a thought we keep thinking, and it’s only a thought and a thought can be changed.

 

It’s not hard to change limiting beliefs, it just takes some persistence.

2. I am not enough/not good enough

 

This belief is similar in feel to “I am not worthy/ deserving,” but there’s a subtle difference.

 

When we believe we are not enough or not good enough, we either don’t see opportunities to get what we want, or we don’t take them.

 

Either way, we are not living what we want, which sucks.

 

This limiting belief is often hiding under an “I’m not deserving” type of belief, which can make it trickier to spot until we shift the deserving belief.

 

I’ve also noticed that people who have this limiting belief will often make just enough money.

 

They get their bills paid, but not enough to get ahead like they want.

3. I’m probably going to fail at this.

 

Thinking only a rare few people actually get their dreams and become wealthy is a big one.

 

The words might be a little different, but the basic belief is that only a select few can ever get their dreams, and I’m probably not one of them.

 

This one is insidious, and it is often reinforced by our pop culture. Hundreds of thousands of people want to be rich and famous, only a select few get it.

 

Look at popular movies that tell us that we ‘need to be special’ or extraordinary in some way to be the hero that saves the day.

 

Very entertaining, but also can reinforce the belief that ‘only a select few’ get it.

 

Combine this with an undeserving or unworthy belief and we will sabotage ourselves out of all kinds of success.

 

This belief needs to be replaced with one that says our success is inevitable. I really like “my success is inevitable and I’m on the right path”.

 

We know that the path is often winding and unexpected in places.

 

This belief statement doesn’t really combat head-on with the limiting beliefs, which makes it rather easy to say and believe.

What Mindset Really Is

 

I’ve got great news. Mindset is just our beliefs.

 

A belief is just a thought we keep thinking.

 

A thought can be changed.

 

It isn’t hard to change a belief, but it does take time and persistence.

 

To change a limiting belief, we need repetition to get through our conscious mind and into the unconscious mind.

 

It’s helpful if you have someone clear out the energy patterns first and then do the new belief statements.

Changing Limiting Beliefs

 

Pick your new belief statement. It needs to be positively worded (no don’ts or nots etc).

 

If you think you have all these limiting beliefs I’ve talked about here,

 

I would say this statement out loud while looking at yourself in the mirror 5-10 times every morning and night for at least 30 days.

 

After 30 days re-evaluate your life and possibly do another 30 days.

 

I am completely worthy and deserving. My success is inevitable and I’m on the right path.

 

It’s important to say it out loud, and if you can, look into your own eyes.

 

And if you want it to work extra well, have a positive emotion while saying it. This is easiest done by turning the statement into a little melody or dance.

 

This really works. I’ve changed my life and the lives of my clients by doing this work.

 

It’s easy, yet tedious, and we all hit a point where we don’t want to do it.

 

Keep going, past that point is real change if want to become wealthy!

But, before we can get to the juicy stuff, there are some things you need to know when it comes to working and connecting with Archangels.

 

Archangels can only step in to help you if you ask.

 

Yes, I said it! ASK! It doesn’t matter how often, or how small/big it is, all you have to do is just ask for help to connect with archangels.

 

They will be there lickity split to help you in any way they can.

 

They are also omnipresent, which means they can be with multiple people at the same time without any energy being taken away from their power.

 

Remember, we’re working with divine beings of light.

 

Their whole purpose and passion are to help humans! Isn’t that cool?

 

Okay, let’s roll with this now that you understand that you are magical AF and are just inches away from this beautiful connection that is about to rock your world!

Top 3 Tips to Connect With Archangels

 

1. CLEAR THE CLUTTER

 

This is the moment you make the decision to clear the clutter and release the things that no longer serve you. But, what does this mean?

 

This means making the clear and conscious decision that you are willing to unravel the veil that fogs your clarity.

 

Let’s face it, life can be a rollercoaster, and there are times that we hold onto old emotions, situations, and people because we are too busy, or don’t know how to release it.

 

That energy begins to create a layer of fog which clouds our connection.

 

Once you make that decision to heal and return back to your shining, magical, soulful self, you will see that the connection becomes much easier!

 

  • Journaling

 

No, it doesn’t always have to be this long story every single day.

 

Trust in your intuition and what you need for that day, and get ‘er done!

 

  •         Exercising (yes, believe it or not!)

 

But don’t worry! It’s not a “hey I can’t make it in today because I’m walking like a baby giraffe from all the squats I did” unless that’s your thing.

 

It can be a quick jog, a long walk, or one of the latest Beachbody videos.

 

Whatever your preference is, do it! This helps to get energy moving and grooving.

 

Oh, did I mention you could even have your very own dance party? Now that’s more like it!

 

  •         Eat them veggies!

 

Stay away from stimulants, alcohol, and/or processed foods.

 

These food and drinks tend to lower your vibrational energy causing you to feel lower and not so connected.

 

I like to tell my clients, everything in reasonable amounts.

 

But if you catch yourself grubbing in on processed foods every day, you may want to take a different route!

 

Not only is this great for connecting with the Archangels, but also great for your health!

2. INTUITION

 

Intuition is an obvious part of this process, but many people don’t know exactly how to go about building a solid relationship, none the less take action upon its guidance.

 

You know that little voice in your head that says, “you should really get home right now because you work at 7 am”, even though you want to stay out and hit that 1 am taco truck?

 

Yeah… that’s your intuition and it’s there to keep you on track!

 

So, why intuition for asking Archangels to guide you?

 

Easy! When Archangels manifest or bring you guidance, they do so in various ways.

 

Sometimes it is through angel numbers, feathers, and even songs.

 

Other times it is a gust of wind that feels much more than a gust of wind, or a coin that suddenly appears.

 

You have to be in a place where you won’t question what it is that you’re experiencing, and lean into your intuition that says, “YES!! And Archangel sent me this message!”

 

So, how do you do this?

 

  •         Practice Mindfulness

 

A couple times a day, practice asking your mind these questions, “what do I see”, “what do I hear”, “what can I feel”, and “what do I smell”.

 

These help to expand your connection, bringing mindful energy to your being on all levels of the ethereal body: mental, physical, emotional, and energetic.

 

  •         Bring Awareness

 

Much like mindfulness, this technique helps you to be more aware of your thought patterns, physical feelings, and emotions, which allow you to understand the energy that is around you.

 

Trust me, when the Archangels start presenting their energy to you, you will definitely understand why this is important!

3. TOOLS FOR SUCCESS

 

Okay, okay, now that we’ve gotten to the nitty-gritty of the work that should be explored, we can have fun diving into the tools to help attract and invoke the Archangels.

 

Connect with archangels and bring them into your space so that they can share with you all the loving energy they have to offer!

 

  •         Angel or Oracle Cards

You don’t need to be a guru or a professional to start pulling a card a day for yourself.

 

In fact, I recommend it because it also is a great tool to build your intuition!

 

Grab a deck that calls to you and makes you feel like it’s too pretty to put down.

 

Dedicate yourself to pulling one card a day, and explore the details of it.

 

Practice your mindful technique, and ask yourself what that card means to you! Don’t question it, just feel!

 

  •         Sage, Incense, and/or Essential Oil

 

The biggest part of why this is so beneficial is because Archangels, and angels in general, are attracted to the vibrations of flowers and herbs.

 

Roses, frankincense, sage, and citrus are just a few on the list.

 

I always recommend setting the intention to cleanse, clear, and protect the space, and I would use these in conjunction with your angel card, journaling practice, or anytime you are in a place of opening up your heart to connect!

 

As far as which one to use, it is really up to you. I personally like to use sage with dried rose petals to get the best of both worlds.

 

But, I also carry peppermint oil with me to calm my, sometimes, an overactive mind so I can stay aligned.

 

Remember, there is no right or wrong! Do what FEELS right for you!

 

So, now that you have all that you need to get started, just remember this…

 

This connection has everything to do with you and what you are ready to experience, and just like anything, it starts with your decision to make it happen.

 

Ask, and you will receive.

 

The best advice I can give to you is to feel everything through. It truly is magical!

Tuning into your intuition is the BEST way to get ANSWERS to all of your QUESTIONS in life.

 

There are many, many ways to boost intuition. Most of them, you’ve heard before - they either don’t work for you, or you’re already doing them.

 

But you’re still after better results, or perhaps you’re overwhelmed with all the different choices available.

 

So, here are five exciting and unusual methods to boost intuition that you may not have tried before!

The 5 Ways To Boost  Intuition

Develop your intuition

1. Surround yourself with rich indigos and purples

 

Indigo and purple are colors that are brimming with a lot of the psychic, Universal and deep energy that we need to connect with.

 

Science tells us that just being around certain colors really does affect our emotional state.

 

Blues and greens are calming, which is why they are common in hospitals.

 

Orange and yellow can motivate us, but it also makes us very hungry!

 

How many food outlets can you think of with prominent orange or yellow walls, decorations or logos?

 

Take control of the power of color by surrounding yourself with indigo and purple.

 

Choose these hues when you dress or put makeup or nail varnish on.

 

Create an altar space of meditation point with colored sheets, or add some purple and indigo crystals to your collection.

 

If you dislike indigo and purple and don’t own much of it, you can even set your desktop/phone background to these tones for free.

 

If you can’t fill your daily life full of purple and indigo, find a piece of paper the right color and sit and focus on it for a few minutes each day.

 

2.  Meditate in the Shower

 

One of the main reasons that we struggle to find our intuition in this modern age is that there are too many distractions!

 

We are glued to our devices, even if we think we aren’t.

 

There is so much information coming at us that we don’t take the time to mull over and think on.

 

Tasks or spaces with little incoming information help us think.

 

This is why good thoughts and ideas often come to you when you are driving, or in the shower, or washing the dishes.

 

They’re all repetitive tasks that don’t require much brain power, and if you do them in silence there’s very little to distract you.

 

You will often find your intuition speaking to you in these moments.

 

These are already good spots for mindfulness, where drawing your mind back to the present moment will aid you.

 

However, you can make some of these tasks take up even less of your brain power.

 

This seems silly, but trying shutting your eyes in the shower!

 

Of course, you can open them if you need to find the soap, but you know where your own body is.

 

You don’t need to look at it to wash it.  We spend so much of our waking time constantly jammed into our senses.

 

This overloads our brain. Removing one of your senses for short time can be beneficial in lots of ways.

3. Monitor, Don’t Censor, Your Self-Talk

 

We tend to have three modes when it comes to self-talk. Ignore, believe, censor.

 

If you’re in ignore mode, you’re going through your life never stopping to wonder what it is that you think or believe about anything.

 

If you’re in believe mode, you believe whatever it is that your mind chooses to spit out.

 

That you’re a terrible mother for forgetting your kids' homework, or that you’re ugly because you have spots and a mysterious extra ten pounds that sticks around.

 

If you’re in censorship mode, you slam down any negative thought because ‘positive thinking is great’.

 

By doing this you’re only pushing these thoughts deeper and deeper into your mind, where they will fester.

 

This is how you get blocks!

 

Try and remember that thoughts are not instructions in order to boost your intuition.

 

Just because you thought something uncharitable, or brought up some difficult thought about yourself doesn’t mean you have to do it or feel it.

 

Just accept the thoughts for what it is - a bit of mental chatter that appeared in your head.

 

Don’t pass judgment on thoughts.

 

Keeping an eye on self-talk is important - it shows you your real dreams, your fears, and what you’re hiding from yourself.

 

But don’t engage with it - the mind is a tricky thing and would nothing more than to distract you by making you think of pineapples whenever you try to probe too deeply.

 

To prove my point, let me know in the comment whether you were eating, drinking or growing that pineapple you just thought of.

4.  Record your dreams

 

Dreams are very important in more ways than one.

 

Dreams help file and filter your surface thoughts back into your unconscious, but your brain will also work through traumas and events during dreams that may have been bothering you subconsciously for years.

 

Carefully recording and analysis of your dreams will help you unlock negative behaviors and cycles, allowing you to really release the past once and for all.

 

Try keeping your notebook or phone near your bed so you can record them as soon as you wake up.

Write down as much as you remember first, then interpret it on a separate page.

 

Record the dream as faithfully as you can, before you lose the details by over-analyzing.

 

This way, you can look back in a month or a year and still know exactly what you dreamt about.

 

You might find you will interpret the dream differently that you first had.

5.  Boost your meditation with crystals

 

Different crystals will work with your intuition in different ways.

 

Amethyst is a great one to use while you sleep.

 

It creates a comforting environment and helps you process information at night.

 

It’s also a really good stone for beginners.

 

Kyanite really loosens up your intuition and helps you hear it more clearly.

 

Black tourmaline keeps you grounded, which will help to balance you out.

 

Selenite helps dispel negativity, which makes it easier to hear your intuition over those noise of your mind.

How Healing Colors Changed My Life

 

My story about color therapy started when I was very young. I have always loved colors around me, my childhood room was literally a rainbow and my favorite color changed constantly.

 

As I grew older I learned that I could sense colors and their vibrations. I could feel and see colors that others couldn’t.

 

One thing I remember clearly was coming home from school a handful of years ago.

 

I walked into our living room and there was this huge green with a bit of brown shape in the middle of the room. I told my mother and she just stared at me for a while before finally telling me why.

 

It turned a friend of our family had just earlier that day planted a tree of life in our living room.

This really opened up my gift with colors for healing and using them around myself and the people around me. Today, I can feel what color a person needs to be surrounded by to restore balance or if, for instance, they are blocked or have pain in their body.

 

This why I want to talk about healing colors and their benefits in this post. 

Why Are Colors Amazing?

 

Colors have the ability to shift our moods, influence our emotions, some work cooling, some warming and they can bring balance to our soul and body to heal blocked areas and pain. Colors, like many other things, mean something different depending on who you ask so it is important that you feel and ask your body/mind what it needs.

 

If you feel pain in your body, that is typically not the root cause. Often it has something do to with your mental state – to get the most effective healing don’t look up the color for the physical problem, instead ask yourself what color is needed to treat what is causing the pain.

 

It is about finding a color that can treat the root, not the symptom. You can find the colors meaning and then pick one put I have found that it is more effective if the color comes from you or someone else asking for you.

How To Use Healing Colors

How To Find The Needed Color

 

Firstly, I want to mention that you don’t have to experience pain or feel something being blocked to use colors.

 

Use it in your everyday life asking yourself what color(s) you should surround yourself with for support and balance. Open up and trust what comes to you.

 

Whether you are feeling pain, feeling blocked or if you want a color to support you, close your eyes and tune in. Focus on yourself or if you are experiencing pain; the place where it hurts/is blocked.

 

If you want to, you can also place a hand there. Take a few deep breathes while focusing. A color (or multiple) might have already popped up, if not, now ask what color(s) you need to help you.

 

Trust what comes to you. Some people see the color, the word of the color pops into their head, others feel it or hear it and there are no wrong ways to do it.

 

This was how I started receiving colors and as my ability grows I can now just ask and a color appears, sometimes a color even appears and tells me what to do with it.

What Do You Do With The Color?

 

There are different ways you can surround yourself with the healing colors that you need. – There are no wrong ways to do it, you can’t do any harm. After or when you are receiving the color – ask how/where it should be placed.

 

Listen and trust yourself. Some ways I use colors are:  

A beam of color: I have found this method to be good for pain relief. Ask for your color, close your eyes and visualize a beam of the color hitting the spot that hurts. Visualize the spot decrease.

 

Repeat as many times as you need for as long you need until you feel a shift.

A shield: Whenever I go out I like to put a shield of color around me for protection. This is great for everyday use and something you can also do for others (with permission).

 

This works wonders if you are sensitive to others, like me, because it can shield you from their energy and emotions.

Crystals: Find crystals/stones with the color you need and have it around you. Under your pillow, on your nightstand, in your pocket or wherever your mind tells you to keep it. When you are done with it, rinse it with cold water.  

Have it physically around you: There are many ways to have the color(s) physically around you: It can be in the form of decor, wearing the color with clothing, eat foods that are the color you need, tape/place a crystal with the needed color on your body. Having the color around you is great for support and balance.

Use your hands: If you want to, close your eyes. Otherwise rub your hands together until you feel them heating up.

 

Visualize the color between and around your hands. When you feel the energy, place them on/around the spot that needs healing.

 

Keep them there while taking deep breathes until you feel a shift.

Using Color Therapy

Color therapy is all about listening to your intuition and trusting what you get. However, you choose to do it, say thank you to the color(s) and to yourself for letting you heal. If you find it hard to focus or if you don’t feel like you are getting anything keep trying. When you are new to it, it can take time to fully open the door but once you do you will thrive in color.

 

Have the color around you until you feel that it’s done until you feel a shift and that you no longer need it.

 

If you feel the need to not have it around you anymore, listen and remove it. It has done what it was meant to do for you.

 

To amplify your color healing surround yourself with nature, notice the colors around you, have living plants in your space, be grateful, drink lots of water and do meditative activities like walking, being creative in any way or meditate in silence or with calming music.

What are healing colors
